Getting in shape will certainly help your golf game if done correctly. You don't want to just rush off to the gym and start bulking up those biceps though! That may help you get the bag in and out of the trunk a little easier, but probably will do more harm than good to your flexibility and golf swing.
To get the most from your game you should work on your golf flexibility and some specific golf strength training to add those extra yards off the tee and prevent you from tiring during the round.
Our terrific Golf Fitness experts, Susan Hill, Clay Garland, and Becky Fox are here to answer your questions offer tips on how to improve your game by getting in your best golfing shape. Click our experts picture below to go to their respective pages and read past answers or ask your own question.
