Hand Eye Coordination and Reaction Drills by Neuro-Gym

One thing that most better golfers have is great hand-eye coordination. Hand-eye coordination goes a long way in hitting a golf ball squarely and judging distances. Both critical to playing good golf.

Much of your current hand eye coordination you learned as a kid, by both watching others play games of skill and by participating yourself. The earlier you started the better!

Now if mom dressed you in short pants and a bow tie until you were 12, and you now find yourself falling out of the golf cart on your way to shooting 115, don't despair!, there is still hope! Hand eye coordination can be improved with practice!

Below find some excellent drills designed by NEURO GYM to increase your hand-eye coordination, reaction time and mind power. A few minutes a day, 2 or 3 times a week and you'll be able to lose that Gerry Ford tag you've been labeled with all these years and start improving your golf game.

Oh, and for you guys that have always been "the best" at everything; hand eye coordination can diminish over time through inactivity and slowing reflexes. So you may want to practice these a few times a week yourselves.
